Hertel Meats Ltd. in Port Alberni is seeking an experienced meat production collaborator to join our on-site team. You will help minimize hazards across the production process, train staff on safety procedures, and prepare production and quality reports to support continuous improvement.

The role requires a 1–2 year college diploma, 2–3 years of relevant experience, and HACCP knowledge with a First Aid certificate. Ability to work in a rapid-paced, cold environment is essential.
