The Finance
Manager at Dilawri Group of Companies plays akey role in supporting the dealership’s sales and finance operations. Reportingto the Sales Management team, this position is responsible for securingfinancing and insurance solutions for clients, ensuring the accuracy of allfinancial and legal documentation, and supporting overall dealershipprofitability. The role contributes strategically by optimizing financeapprovals, delivering exceptional customer service,
and guiding salesconsultants on finance office products and processes.
Obtain finance approval from lendinginstitutions for all finance deals. Coordinate secure financial sources forpurchasing finance papers. Review all paperwork for finance and cash dealsto ensure accuracy, including titles, liens, taxes, and delivery documents.
Maintain records of finance and insurance files,and prepare and submit required claims. Interview clients for credit applications andpresent insurance options. Present and review additional protectionproducts such as environmental protection, tire and rim warranty, etc.
Prepare legal documentation for vehiclepurchases, including Finance/Lease contracts, lien searches, and warrantycertificates. Train sales consultants on Finance Officeproducts. Respond to post‑delivery customer inquiries,including warranty questions and loan payout requests.
Previous Business
