Join TNFC as a Senior Finance Operations Manager, leading financial strategy and ensuring compliance in financial reporting and operations. This is a key role supporting Indigenous cultural heritage programs. In this role, you will oversee all essential financial functions, including payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Your leadership will be critical in developing financial insights that support organizational decision-making and compliance with external regulations. You will also monitor cash flow and manage accounts payable and receivable processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle accounting and financial reporting
- Lead budget development and financial analysis
- Ensure regulatory compliance in all financial activities
- Supervise finance and payroll staff for optimal performance
- Oversee year-end audit preparations Requirements:
- CPA or equivalent in Finance required
- Minimum 3 years of accounting and financial management experience
- Advanced Excel skills and Sage 50 expertise
- Understanding of non-profit financial structures
- Must provide a transparent Criminal Reference Check Enhance TNFC’s impact through financial leadership and management, focusing on Indigenous community support.
