We’re looking to hire a manager to be a part of our Cable Margin team in the role of Finance Manager, Content Negotiation and Planning reporting to the Sr. This agile position is ideal for high potential candidates who are seeking financial planning experience in a fast‑paced and changing environment. The portfolio of responsibilities is extensive and requires a well‑rounded, versatile candidate capable of excelling in all areas, including planning, reporting, business support and process improvement.

Develop and maintain a consolidated Cost of Service driver based forecasting model, integrating inputs from Product and Content teams; Work closely with Business primes to support financial deal analysis, achievement of financial targets, and identify business risks & opportunities. Develop new and/or enhance existing processes to improve forecast accuracy and performance management. Build relationships with Content teams and other departments to ensure appropriate information flow and understanding of overall reporting process.

Lead special projects / ad-hoc assignments as required.

University

Degree and a recognized accounting designation/MBA preferred. ~ 5 years of progressive experience within finance ~ SQL, Access and SAS skills for efficient data manipulation preferred.



~ Strong business acumen and Cable industry knowledge / experience is an asset. ~ A strong track record of being able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and prioritization of tasks, with a focus on quality and details. ~ Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials and Essbase an asset.
