Our client, an established real estate investment, development, and property management company, is seeking a Head of Finance to join its leadership team. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity offering broad exposure across accounting, finance, reporting, operations, development projects, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead all financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and treasury activities.
- Oversee month-end, year-end, and multi-entity financial reporting.
- Partner with ownership and leadership to support growth initiatives, financing activities, acquisitions, development projects, and portfolio performance.
- Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic recommendations to support business decisions.
- Manage lender, investor, and external advisor relationships while ensuring compliance with reporting requirements and financial obligations.
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls, financial processes, and risk management practices.




- Oversee and mentor the finance and accounting team while driving continuous improvement across systems and processes.

Qualifications

- CPA designation required.
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior-level responsibility in real estate, development, asset management, property management, private equity, construction, or related sectors.
- Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial controls.
- Experience supporting financing activities, investment analysis, and strategic business planning.
- Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial information into practical business recommendations.
