Our client is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function at an established, unionized operation in Central PEI . This is a great chance for an HR professional who enjoys being both strategic and hands‑on and wants to have a meaningful impact on workforce planning, employee relations, labour relations, recruitment, retention, and organizational development. Lead workforce planning, recruitment, retention, and succession planning Manage labour and employee relations within a unionized environment Manage grievances, investigations, discipline, and workplace issues Advise managers and supervisors on HR and employee relations matters Ensure compliance with employment standards, labour legislation, human rights, and other HR requirements Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs Oversee HR records, HRIS, reporting,
