We are looking for an HR Manager to join our Avidbots Team. Reporting to the CEO, this role will focus on driving strategic initiatives to support employee engagement and retention and partner across the business on Talent Mapping and Org design. This person will act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and support to leaders across the rapidly growing organization.

Contribute to the People & Culture roadmap,



driving and implementing key programs and projects Work with the business to advise and resolve employee relation issues Optimize and manage the annual performance management cycle In partnership with legal counsel, focus on reducing legal risk and improve overall compliance Partner with the business on corporate programs / processes, such as compensation planning, recruitment programs, internal mobility, etc. Help to continue to grow our culture, listening to our employees and turning feedback into action planning 2+ years experience working as an HR Manager, preferably in a high growth workplace ~ Excellent relationship building and communication skills ~ Solid knowledge of HR principles across North America and Employment Law ~ Ability to be flexible and agile Avidbots is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse workforce.
