We are looking for a Senior Email Marketing Manager to join our team!

You will play an important role in planning, coordinating and executing the day to day email marketing initiatives. Join a quick-growing, woman‑led company to help continue to destigmatize pleasure and evoke real societal change. Email campaign creation , including brief setup, copy implementation, and coordination with design Email scheduling and deployment to ensure campaigns and flows launch on time Building and updating automated email flows A/B testing for subject lines, content, and layouts to improve performance Track and report on email performance metrics and assist with identifying optimization opportunities SMS marketing execution , including campaign and flow builds,
