We are seeking an experienced Program Manager in Mississauga, Ontario to lead a consumer electronics returns program with a focus on device inspection, functional testing, and cosmetic enhancement. The role requires strong operational leadership, supply chain expertise, and a hands‑on approach to managing warehouse and logistics activities. Lead the full lifecycle of the consumer electronics returns program, ensuring quality, efficiency,



and compliance.

Oversee warehouse operations: receiving, inventory management, inspection, testing, cosmetic refurbishment, and outbound processing. 7+ years of program management or operations leadership in consumer electronics, supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management. ~ Strong knowledge of returns programs, inspection/testing, and refurbishment workflows. ~ Experience with WMS/ERP systems and quality/returns documentation processes. ~ Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage retailer-facing programs. ~ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or Engineering.
