TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE You bring 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing projects from start to finish—ideally in event textiles, event production, audiovisual productions or entertainment —and you're open to relocating or working internationally. Thanks to your technical insight , you see solutions instead of problem s and with that hands-on mentality you can respond flexibly to unforeseen circumstances every day , independently and in a team.

Your eye for detail ensures that you can work in an orderly and structured way, while always following safety and quality procedures .

Collaboration Skills : Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, particularly sales, operations, and technical teams, to align project goals and deliverables.

Experience in client-facing roles, with strong communication skills to manage customer expectations and ensure project satisfaction.

Background in identifying and resolving project issues to keep projects on track and within budget.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in project documentation to manage schedules, resources, and documentation efficiently.
