Proven track record in project management, process improvement, and structured problem-solving. Adaptable, agile, and comfortable driving cultural/organizational change in ambiguous environments. Collaborative mindset focused on co-creation, capability building, and championing a proactive QHSE culture. People management or supervisory experience is an asset.
