As the Manager of Health and Safety, you will guide the strategy and oversight of health and safety efforts at EnPower.

With extensive experience in industrial settings, you’ll implement safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance. This position involves regular travel to various operational locations to monitor safety and conduct inspections. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop health and safety strategies aligned with business objectives
- Implement and improve Health and Safety Management Systems
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation




- Monitor safety performance metrics for continuous improvement
- Provide reports and recommendations to leadership

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
- 10–15 years of progressive health and safety experience
- Proven leadership in health and safety environments
- Familiarity with emergency management processes
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
