As a Health Care Aide reporting to the Director of Care, you will assist with personal hygiene, meal support, and mobility for residents. You will ensure their comfort and safety, monitoring any changes in condition and reporting them to medical staff.

Your role is crucial for enhancing the quality of life for residents through compassionate care. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care, including grooming and hygiene
- Assist with mobility and safe transfers of residents
- Report changes in resident conditions to nurses
- Document intake, output, and other key observations
- Transport residents to dining and activity programs

Requirements:

- Grade 10 completion plus Nursing Assistance program
- Registered in good standing with BC Care Aide Registry
- Clear Criminal Record check required
- First Aid and CPR certification needed
- Completion of High Risk violence prevention modules
