College is looking for flexible Teaching Assistants for the Health Care Assistant Program, set to start in September 2026. With 15 hours per week, you'll work directly with faculty to provide academic support, feedback on assignments, and review course material. Be part of a positive impact on community health education while working from home in Surrey, BC. Key Responsibilities:

- Attend pre-semester faculty orientation sessions
- Identify and report course challenges at debriefs
- Support marking assignments and giving constructive feedback




- Provide additional academic support to students
- Collaborate on evaluations of assessments and course content

Requirements:

- Current BC registration as LPN, RN, or RPN
- Proven ability to teach adult learners or equivalent
- At least two years of full-time Canadian nursing experience
- Experience in online education, particularly Moodle
- Experience with older adults and complex health requirements
