Mino Care is seeking a Health Data Manager to lead information systems for its Perinatal Pathways Program. This position focuses on data governance and cross-institutional coordination. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in health informatics and demonstrate a strong understanding of privacy laws and interoperability frameworks.

You will play a key role in ensuring data quality and facilitating secure communications between hospitals and community health partners, fully supporting optimal perinatal care workflows. Oversee management of care information systems supporting perinatal pathways
