We are hiring an experienced security Architect who is responsible for designing and implementing security within our architecture. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, product management, DevOps, etc.) Engage with our security officer, our customers’ IT staff, our local teams and product managers to define secure solutions. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture decisions, deployment strategies, and technical guidelines.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Minimum 5 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years focused on security. Deep understanding of software security best practices, standards and protocols, including (m)TLS, OIDC, OAuth2.Experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time.

You are a certified AWS Solutions Architect.

Experience with designing medical software.

Experience with Java/J2EE/Spring. Remote in US or Waterloo (Canada) or Ghent (Belgium) or Mortsel (Belgium) or Vienna (Austria)
