• Environmental (HSE) Field Advisor to support construction projects throughout Manitoba and Saskatchewan. This position is ideal for an HSE qualified who enjoys working in the field, building strong relationships with crews, and helping create a proactive safety culture. Local projects are expected to provide full-time hours, with overtime opportunities available. As an HSE Field Advisor, you will partner with project teams, clients, and contractors to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations by: Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of Health, Safety &

• Environmental programs. Conducting field inspections, audits, and compliance assessments. Coaching and mentoring supervisors and field personnel on safe work practices and regulatory requirements. Delivering orientations, toolbox talks, and safety training. Monitoring contractor compliance with company and client HSE expectations. Preparing reports on inspections, incidents, investigations, trends, and overall safety performance. Identifying opportunities to improve safety systems, reduce risk, and strengthen compliance. Assisting with hazard assessments,



safe work procedures, emergency planning, and HSE documentation. Building positive working relationships with project management, clients, regulatory agencies, and subcontractors. A Certificate, Diploma, or professional designation in Occupational Health &

• Safety (or be actively working toward one), such as NCSO, CSO, HSA, CRSP , or equivalent. ~1-5 years of field-based HSE experience in construction, utilities, telecommunications, or civil infrastructure (preferred). ~ Strong knowledge of provincial health and safety legislation and industry best practices. ~ Confidence working independently while supporting multiple field locations. ~ The ability to travel throughout Manitoba and/or Saskatchewan and work overtime when required.
