- High School Diploma required; Post-secondary course in Administration or Business preferred;
- Minimum of 1-3 years in a similar administrative role, demonstrating relevant skills and competencies;
- Exceptional ability to organize and prioritize multiple, competing demands effectively;
- Proven team player with a strong focus on achieving deliverable outcomes;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain skilled relationships;
- Capacity to maintain confidentiality and act as a custodian of sensitive information;
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Schedule: 4/3 schedule at our Macassa Mine in Kirkland Lake, ON.

Reporting to the Health and Safety Superintendent, you will be part of the Health and Safety Department. As a support to the Health & Safety team, the Health & Safety Administrator is a broad role that is busy and requires dedicated focus with high volume work load (data) and meeting key deadlines for reporting. You will also ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
- Prepare and refine essential reports on a weekly and monthly basis;
- Prepare scorecard to track progress and compliance;
- Participate in meetings, accurately document discussions, and submit minutes;
- Manage SAP purchase requisitions for the Health & Safety department, ensuring timely and accurate processing;
- Administrator for various Health & Safety initiatives - Minesweeper program and Underground Mining School.
