Lead health and safety initiatives as a Health & Safety Advisor with Ledcor. This site-based role requires solid expertise in pipeline projects and effective safety program execution. Ledcor is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor, ideally with 5+ years in the pipeline industry.

You will advise on health and safety management while supporting site leaders through tailored safety meetings and materials. Compliance monitoring and safety inspections will be a vital part of your responsibilities in ensuring adherence to Ledcor’s stringent safety standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Advise on Ledcor's Health and Safety Management System
- Support preparation of safety meeting materials
- Conduct inspections and document compliance
- Develop Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs)
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis

Requirements:

- 5+ years of relevant pipeline industry experience
- CRSP or equivalent health & safety designation
- Proficient in risk assessment and accident investigation
- Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
- Must complete pre-employment drug & alcohol tests
