As a Healthcare Aide (HCA), your primary responsibilities will include meeting resident needs in personal care, nutrition, and mobility.

You will foster positive relationships and work collaboratively to implement resident-centered care aligned with Donwood’s mission and values. Familiarity with the German Mennonite culture is a valuable asset in this role. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver personal care promoting cleanliness and skin integrity
- Assist residents with meeting their nutritional needs
- Facilitate elimination of body wastes
- Support residents in ambulation and positioning
- Participate in resident care planning and evaluation

Requirements:

- Completion of recognized HCA Course
- Prior experience in long-term care is an asset
- Proven skills in team collaboration
- Ability to manage fluctuating workloads
- Proficiency in a second language is a plus
