+ 1 paid volunteer day per year Retention and sign‑on bonus for specific locations Building relationships with clients to ensure appropriate care is provided and post‑care solutions are recommended Collaborating with our clinic team members to support both walk‑in clients and inbound phone calls A graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program Unrestricted ability to practice in the Audiology field and registration with your provincial governing body in good standing Working knowledge of hearing health care products and services with diagnostic/dispensing experience Experience with WSA brands (Widex, Signia, and/or Rexton) would be a definite asset, though not required We use an Applicant Tracking System to post vacancies and manage candidate data; Artificial Intelligence is not used in the decision‑making process in screening or interviewing candidates, however, may be used for note‑taking or automations such as email communication.
