The Heavy Equipment

Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a variety of equipment, including dozers, wheel loaders, excavators, skid steers, graders, rock trucks, and aerial work platforms (AWP). Operators also support general yard and facility upkeep to maintain smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate demonstrates robust safety awareness, versatility, and solid operating skills.

Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, excavators, wheel loaders, skid steers, graders, rock trucks, and AWPs. Perform preventative maintenance during operation downtime, including basic inspections, lubrication, cleaning, and reporting equipment issues. Perform yard and facility housekeeping duties as required.

Minimum one (1) year of equipment operation experience in a heavy industrial environment.

Valid

Class 5 driver’s licence.



Flexible mindset with willingness to support various site tasks. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Manual labour is required. Working outdoors is required year round. PPE is required to be worn at all times when working on site. Site consists of variations in temperature and noise levels.
