Newforce Energy Services Ltd. is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Technicians to join their team in Red Deer County, Alberta. This role involves both shop and field work, maintaining and repairing heavy equipment and haul trucks used in oilfield construction. Ideal candidates are skilled in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance, and thrive in dynamic, outdoor environments.

What You’ll Need

- Journeyman Heavy Duty Equipment Technician (Off-Road) Certification




- Minimum 3-5 years of experience on heavy off-road industrial equipment and haul trucks
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical and powertrain systems
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures independently
- Valid Class 5 license with a 3-year clean driving record
- Safety tickets: H2S, First Aid, CSO
- Own tools required

What Will Make You Stand Out

- Dual ticketed with On-Road or truck and transport mechanic certificate
- Class 1 or Class 3 driver’s licence
