Become a key player in Hemlo Mining Corp. as a Ventilation Specialist, focusing on the safe and productive management of underground mine airflow in Northwestern Ontario. As the technical lead, you will oversee the design and optimization of ventilation systems at Hemlo Mine.

Your role involves collaboration with various disciplines to ensure that mining operations comply with safety and environmental standards. With a strong background in underground mining and ventilation infrastructure, you'll identify ventilation needs and implement practical solutions for long-term improvements. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the underground mine ventilation system design
- Regularly update the ventilation plan and perform surveys




- Analyze system data and develop corrective actions
- Design essential ventilation infrastructure systems
- Mentor and guide Ventilation Technicians and staff Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of underground mining and ventilation experience
- Familiarity with ventilation modeling software and tools
- Proven analytical and multitasking abilities
