The Site

Supervisor is key in ensuring projects align with quality standards, schedules, and budgets, while fostering teamwork and accountability among site crews. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and oversee all construction activities in office
- Supervise site crews to ensure productivity and safety
- Ensure consistent submission of crew timesheets
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project management
- Lead by example to promote a safety-first culture

Requirements:

- Degree in related field or Journeyperson Electrician designation
- 5-7 years of relevant construction experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Experience in BC Hydro or utility work preferred
- Strong knowledge of technical safety regulations
