Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams.
- Plan and manage engineering projects from initiation through delivery.
- Establish project priorities, timelines, and performance objectives.
- Collaborate with product, operations, technology, and business teams.
- Ensure engineering standards, quality requirements, and best practices are maintained.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, and resource requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve engineering processes and operational efficiency.
- Support recruitment, performance management,



and professional development of engineering staff.
- Communicate technical requirements and project updates to senior stakeholders.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in engineering leadership or engineering management.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, project delivery, and technical processes.
- Demonstrated experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within agreed timelines.
- Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
