Penticton, BC Salary: $26–$27 per hour Hours: Temporary Full Time, 35 hours per week. Could lead to Permanent. Worker will be available to provide outreach services to adults that are unhoused or at risk of being unhoused within the Penticton area, Monday – Friday.

Outreach services to engage people who are experiencing Homelessness or At Risk of Homelessness. Assisting with personal goals. Connecting individuals and families with Housing and appropriate services.

A team approach to Outreach Services. Participate in client referral and follow-up.

Previous Case

Management experience an asset.

Trauma

Informed training. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, email and HIFIS. Valid class 5 Driver’s License; Ability to work with high-risk clientele. Knowledge of the Aboriginal Culture; Clean criminal record. Proof of first two COVID vaccinations is required.
