Shift: Days | Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Schedule: Full time | Onsite

Role Overview

As a Hospital Clinic Representative, you will support the clinic healthcare team by providing exceptional customer service and administrative support while helping ensure an outstanding patient experience.

Key Responsibilities Include

- Greeting and signing in patients upon arrival
- Obtaining and updating patient information




- Scheduling appointments and assisting with patient inquiries
- Coordinating procedures, laboratory services, and referrals with consulting physicians
- Collecting and posting patient payments
- Assisting patients with billing questions
- Reviewing encounter forms for completeness prior to patient checkout
- Managing clerical duties, including sorting mail and copying medical records
- Maintaining accurate patient information and documentation
- Performing other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

Experience:
- Six (6) months of Healthcare experience OR
- Six (6) months of Customer Service experience
