Located in downtown Montreal, our fully renovated hotel boasts 614 rooms and suites, as well as 23 meeting rooms. To meet the demands of a constantly evolving market, we are looking for someone who can provide our guests with an innovative, unique, and memorable experience.

Responsibilities

- Warmly welcome and greet guests upon arrival and departure.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Provide information about the hotel and its services.
- Respond to guest requests efficiently and courteously.
- Make reservations (restaurants, shows, excursions, taxis, etc.).
- Offer local recommendations (places to visit, events, good spots).
- Organize personalized services (flowers, surprises, tour guides, etc.).
- Handle guest complaints or issues and find quick solutions.
- Coordinate with other hotel services (reception, housekeeping, room service).




- Maintain updated contacts and local partnerships (taxis, agencies, restaurants, etc.).
- Manage the arrival, reception, and personalized follow-up of VIP guests.

Languages: Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written, is required for this position, as we serve international clients.
