Housekeeping Supervisor

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will demonstrate the essence of creating an exceptional guest journey. This is a full-time, permanent position, beginning in October 2026.

Starting Rate of Pay:



$26.25 per hour We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service Assist the Director of Housekeeping in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followed Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests Ensure employees are informed daily about priorities to personalize service Highly organized, results-oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure Service focused personality is essential Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset Subsidized staff accommodation provided Complimentary meal in our staff cafeteria per shift Access to our Employee Travel Program, with discounts on room rates and food & beverage at Fairmont & Accor properties worldwide Visa Requirements The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization. #
