The primary role of a Housekeeping Supervisor is to supervise and coordinate the activities of the Housekeeping Department. Provide a clean, well-maintained Chalet by supervising the housekeeping operations Conducts continual inspections to determine the Chalet’s overall level of cleanliness; performs follow up Maintenance of the chalet and guest cabins in accordance with GMR standard (washrooms cleaning, removal of garbage/recycling/composting (represent at least 35% of the job), window cleaning, sweeping) Constantly monitor all working parts of the chalet and replace as necessary (changing light bulbs; Drives the implementation of company programs by engaging and supporting staff Manages through unusual events to keep Chalet operating standard (put dance floor together,
