The successful candidate will play a highly visible and important role in ensuring guest satisfaction while supporting overnight hotel operations. This position combines the responsibilities of both a Night Auditor and Guest Service Agent , requiring strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Candidates must be available to work evenings, overnights, and weekends, with flexibility to work holidays as required.

Deliver exceptional guest service through individualized attention, personal accountability, and effective teamwork. Listen attentively, demonstrate empathy, identify solutions, and follow through to resolve guest concerns and complaints. Ensure all revenue is posted accurately and efficiently.

Complete daily audit and reconciliation procedures in accordance with company standards. Operate cash registers and process all methods of payment accurately. Continuously assess and improve work processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.

Experience providing exceptional customer service, including handling guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy.



Previous experience as a Guest Service Agent, Front Desk Agent, Night Auditor, or in a similar hospitality role is considered an asset. Solid attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when handling financial transactions and reconciliations. Basic computer skills and experience with hotel property management systems are considered an asset.
