The Reservations

Specialist position involves working directly with the Reservations Manager to support all hotel bookings. This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure setting. You will generate leads and maximize room revenue by engaging with guests in a friendly, skilled manner. Key Responsibilities:

- Answer internal and external calls professionally, welcoming guests
- Collect pre-registration information and promote hotel services
- Input reservation data into Opera and monitor accuracy




- Address guest inquiries and manage complaint resolutions
- Coordinate with departments to fulfill guest requests promptly

Requirements:

- 2 years of experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong selling skills and customer service orientation
- Excellent computer skills including Opera proficiency
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Must be available for rotating shifts including weekends
