and entrances where presentation truly matters Respond with care – address customer and staff concerns about supplies and facility cleanliness with professionalism and a helpful attitude Support seamless operations – maintain cleaning supply inventories and submit monthly reports to the Property Manager Collaborate with your team – work alongside colleagues to respond to requests and uphold the highest standards of facility care Customer service mindset – ability to interact professionally and courteously with customers, tenants, and team members Physical capability – ability to stand, walk for extended periods, and perform all cleaning tasks including washroom and office sanitation Safety awareness – ability to safely operate housekeeping equipment and supplies; knowledge of WHMIS policies and procedures is an asset Communication skills – ability to follow oral and written instructions in English Technical proficiency – understanding of proper cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing procedures and policies As a Custodian, you're not just cleaning—you're creating an environment where our community thrives.
