and extra work in response to MTO requests Oversee subcontracts and subcontractor relationships Handle the people side of the business: hiring, timesheets, overtime, and shift scheduling What You Bring A diploma or degree from a technical college or university in a related field Deep knowledge of Ontario's Road and Bridge Maintenance Standards A track record of managing crews delivering road and bridge maintenance services Comfort with contract language, provincial regulations, and WSIB requirements Robust leadership, communication, and public relations skills You'll split your time between the office, the road, and the outdoors;
