Manager is the business leader of a single profit center, responsible for delivering profitable and sustainable growth across all business functions within the local market. The role owns full branch performance including sales, service, parts, aftermarket, safety, people, and customer experience, ensuring alignment with the One NORS Canada operating model.

The Operations

Manager acts as the “CEO of the Branch” , accountable for: Branch P&L; performance and financial discipline Growth in market share within the local territory Customer experience and key account relationships Safety culture and regulatory compliance Execution of Lean operating rhythm and continuous improvement It is our expectation that all Nors Employees will conduct their work in a safe manner,
