As Back of House Manager, you will own all activity happening in the BOH. This includes managing inbound deliveries, preparing outbound transfers, leading a team, and ensuring inventory accuracy & efficiency per company standards. This is key role within the store’s leadership team, which reports to the store manager plus a dotted line to JD Canada BOH Manager (Support Office).

Your experience making quick decisions, and the ability to pivot with ever changing business needs will be tested daily! Managing daily e-commerce fulfillment, which consists of picking, packing and shipping orders direct to our customers.



Communicate daily with customer service, support office leaders, and other stores via slack, email or other channels.

Decrease store shrinkage by researching inventory discrepancies and problem‑solving issues to ensure optimal inventory levels & sales. Oversea store supplies, ensuring the retail store has everything it needs for daily/weekly operation. Encourage and foster personal progression throughout the staff team. work within company guidelines, policies and procedures.

Helping with onboarding and training of new starters. Full time availability – standard daily starts as early 8am, including late nights, weekends, and holidays in line with changing business needs. ~ Proven experience supervising, training and developing team members. ~ Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making and financial analysis. ~ G-Suite, experience with Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets is an asset. ~ Experience with Jesta POS, Shopify and Slack platform is an asset.
