The Human Resources Business

Partner has enterprise-wide accountability and partners across Human Resources, corporate areas, and Dynacare’s functional groups to ensure cohesive, timely, relevant and effective talent solutions are implemented in alignment with enterprise and business unit specific objectives and priorities.

Knowledge of all labour related provincial/federal legislation ~ Post-secondary education in the field of Human Resources Management ~ 7 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist/Management position with exposure to a variety of areas of HR ~ Ability to develop and manage an annual budget ~ Solid project management skills to drive people agenda on behalf of the function ~ Ability to apply influencing skills and/or change management skills to support company initiatives where required ~ Experienced coach with solid understanding of leadership principles ~ Expert in relationship building, collaboration and negotiating skills Some travel may be required At Dynacare, we may leverage AI-powered tools in our recruitment process.
