Provides administrative support to one or more human resources functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee/labour relations, compensation, benefits, disability management, training, and/or employee records. Play's a crucial part in facilitating communication between employees and management, addressing HR-related inquiries, and supporting HR initiatives to ensure a positive and compliant work environment Schedule: 40 hours Monday to Friday ~ Car and driver's license are required HR Support Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS database (Dayforce). Prepare employment letters and HR documentation.

Assist with HR reporting and metrics.

Employee Support

Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies, advantages, leaves and company programs. HR Compliance Ensure compliance with the Canada Labour Code and company policies.

Projects

Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Assist with policy updates, HR communications and implementation of new programs. or trade apprenticeship certification ~ Human Resources Management or equivalent ~ Customer-service mindset.
