Our client is looking for a proactive and adaptable HR Generalist to join their team in Kimberley . This role offers a hybrid work model , providing a balanced approach to remote and in-office work. You will be involved in a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment support, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage HR tasks in a dynamic environment, contributing to the overall efficiency and positive employee experience within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including addressing inquiries and resolving basic issues.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR system data.




- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing HR-related events and training sessions.

Requirements

- 2-4 years of experience in a generalist HR role or similar function.
- Familiarity with HRIS and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of South African labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
