Your Neighbourhood Credit Union (YNCU) is currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist for a temporary full time role (approximately 14 months) in hybrid work settings in Ontario (Kitchener or Sault Ste. Marie).

The role focuses on the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR operations. You will collaborate with the HR team to ensure policy compliance, accurate payroll data, and effective leave management while supporting Labour relations
