• Performance Act as the main HR contact for employee questions Support managers with performance management and documentation Support conflict resolution and employee relations matters Communicate HR policies and internal updates Create and update HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook Coordinate training and ensure compliance with the 1% Training Law Support performance evaluation processes Track HR metrics and prepare basic HR reports At least 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role Experience in Payroll Experience recruiting for warehouse positions Positive knowledge of Quebec labour laws, CNESST, and payroll compliance Fully bilingual in French and English Comfortable working closely with senior leadership In‑person position based in Laval, QC
