We are seeking a hands-on Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations at a fast-paced 3PL warehouse facility. This role is responsible for delivering full-cycle HR support to a high-volume, hourly workforce while ensuring compliance with Nova Scotia labour laws and company policies. You will be a key partner to operations leadership, driving employee engagement, performance management, and HR best practices on the warehouse floor.

• Workforce Support Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution Conduct investigations related to workplace issues, including attendance, conduct, and policy violations Recruitment &

• Onboarding Manage full-cycle recruitment for warehouse roles (e.g., pickers, packers, forklift operators, supervisors) Partner with staffing agencies when applicable HR Operations &





• Compliance Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data Support supervisors with performance management and coaching processes Assist in implementing productivity and workforce planning strategies Reinforce safety policies and training compliance Assist with payroll data validation (hours, overtime, shift premiums) Training &

• Development Coordinate training sessions (e.g., Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or related field ~ CHRP designation (or working toward) is an asset ~2–5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in: ~ Warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environments Experience supporting a high-volume hourly workforce Ability to handle sensitive employee relations issues professionally Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Fully in office in a warehouse environment (including floor presence daily) May require flexible hours to support multiple shifts (days, afternoons, occasional weekends) Frequent walking and interaction with operational teams on the warehouse floor Relationship building with frontline staff and leadership Competitive salary and benefits Retirement Plan: effective as of hire date #
