• Culture, you'll work closely with leaders, employees, and your People &

• Culture peers to support a wide range of initiatives that help our people thrive. Administer group benefits and pension programs while ensuring employees understand and can effectively access available resources. Coordinate disability management and employee leave processes, including medical, parental, compassionate care, and other leaves. Provide guidance on HR policies, employment standards, and workplace practices. Co-chair the Employment Equity Committee and support compliance and reporting requirements. Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data while ensuring confidentiality. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR policies, programs, and processes.



Assist with recruitment activities and help create a positive candidate experience. Collaborate on People &

• Culture projects and initiatives that enhance the employee experience. Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline with a concentration in Human Resources. ~3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience. ~ Experience administering employee benefits, disability management, accommodations, or leave programs. ~ Knowledge of benefit plans, pension administration, and applicable employment legislation. ~ Experience supporting wellness, employee engagement, or employee experience initiatives is considered an asset. ~ Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and customer service skills. ~ CPHR designation, or progress toward obtaining a CPHR designation, is considered an asset.
