Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.



Maintain accurate employee data and HR records in the HRIS. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR projects. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline. ~3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role. ~ Solid understanding of South African labor laws and HR best practices. ~ Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS). ~ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
