Wolseley Canada is seeking an HR Generalist in Brampton to enhance our employee relations and safety protocols.

Your role will encompass recruitment, compliance, and workplace culture initiatives. In this key position, you will partner with operational leaders to drive employee engagement and manage HR operations. You will lead full-cycle recruitment and serve as the onsite health and safety resource while supporting workplace investigations and training programs. Manage HR operations and day-to-day functions

- Act as the Tier 1 Health & Safety contact for compliance
- Support talent acquisition and onboarding for recent hires
- Conduct performance management and engagement initiatives
- Post-secondary education focused on Human Resources
- At least 3 years of HR experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with health and safety legislation in Ontario
- Experience in employee relations and investigations
