Ensure seamless integration of performance management strategies, driving continuous improvement and elevating overall workforce performance. Bachelor’s Degree or college diploma from an accredited institution. Minimum of (3) years’ experience in Human Resources.
Masters degree in human resources or business administration. Manufacturing experience. You excel at leading, influencing, and coaching others, fostering collaboration and building organizational capability.
