Leverage coaching, consulting, and facilitation skills to influence positive behaviors and achieve favorable business outcomes. Champion positive employee relations, promoting open communication and trust while providing counsel to resolve conflicts and employee relations issues.



Administer competitive compensation programs that reward superior performance and support retention of top talent.

Ensure seamless integration of performance management strategies, driving continuous improvement and elevating overall workforce performance. Bachelor’s Degree or college diploma from an accredited institution. Minimum of (3) years’ experience in Human Resources.

Masters degree in human resources or business administration. Manufacturing experience. You excel at leading, influencing, and coaching others, fostering collaboration and building organizational capability.
