ParaMed Home Health Care seeks an HR Administrator (Onboarding and Engagement Partner) to deliver local HR expertise across a district. You will own onboarding, retention, and off-boarding processes, support payroll and advantages, and ensure compliance with union agreements and ESA standards.

The role requires at least two years in HR, experience with onboarding, payroll, and employee relations, and preferably health care familiarity.
