Hillel Ontario is seeking a Senior HR Operations Specialist to deliver an integrated employee experience across payroll, perks, leave, onboarding/offboarding, job descriptions, and performance cycles. The role ensures backend HR processes are accurate, compliant, and aligned with our mission-driven culture.

The successful candidate will manage HRIS workflows, partner with Finance, and support nonprofit governance while maintaining staff engagement across 50+ employees.
