Your role will drive implementation of health and safety programs, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement. As part of Ledcor's HS&E; team, you will work closely with field supervisors to conduct inspections and develop effective safety strategies. Your experience in risk assessment and safety training will be integral in fostering a culture of safety and compliance.
Develop strong relationships with operational teams and facilitate improvements in HS&E; processes to support project objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect work areas and advise on safety compliance
- Provide safety orientation and training for current employees
- Collaborate with HS&E; management on procedure revision
- Maintain relations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor and audit HS&E; plans for accuracy
Requirements:
- 3+ years in construction or telecommunications safety roles
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Certificate in occupational health and safety is preferred
- Demonstrated risk assessment and training skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
